You have completed two demolition projects for us, one a medium size home with selective demo under the main house, the other a ten unit condo conversion taken down to bare framing.

 

As a company we are extremely happy with the progress and completed operation of both projects.

 

The bids were well written and clearly defined the scope of work which made invoice processing much easier. Also the pricing was very competitive.

 

As both projects progressed it was obvious they were well thought out, planned, and manpower was used most efficiently.

The buildings were swept clean at the end of each day, and the sites were swept and/or cleaned at the end of each work week.

I saw tailgate safety meetings, and all the tools the men needed to get the job done effectively.

At the end of the projects we had job walks to assure us both that the contracts were completed.

 

Francisco and his Superintendent, Daniel, were both eager to have the jobs go the way we wanted, and helpful when we needed experienced suggestions for additional work. And they are bidding even more work for now.
